So when it comes to restorative dentistry here at Monmouth Dental Arts, whether you have missing, broken, damaged, decayed teeth, there’s many ways for us to fix it. We try to be as conservative as possible. We do practice biobimatic dentistry.
We do a lot of onlays, veneer preps, things like that, things to try to minimize the amount of tooth structure that needs to to go unless it’s damaged. We offer things like implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, in order to bond these restorations to get the most aesthetic but also functional outcome. It’s very important to have proper function in order to chew.
And ultimately, our diet, which is part of that is chewing, is what constitutes a lot of our health issues. If we are stuck eating softer processed foods, that can lead to more health issues than the more natural foods that either the natural proteins or the things that grow in the dirt that require us to chew, those things are better for our health.
