I love coming to this practice because when I first went to the dentist when I was younger, I was terrified. I had a terrible experience. They make me feel comfortable here.
They’re so nice. They’re so sweet. And then any questions I’ve ever had, they answer it and they’ll give me kind of like references to like, hey, your teeth are doing this because, you know what I mean? The dentist is very hands-on.
I like that anytime I ask a question, it’s answered. Everybody makes me feel very comfortable and any question I have is answered. And I think anytime I can’t do something, there’s an alternative to what can be done.
So when I first got my aligners, I was like, well, can we do this instead? And the dentist was almost instantly able to fix it for me. Quality of care has been 10 out of 10. I couldn’t complain.
I have nothing bad to say. I also get like calls and texts if something is wrong or if they need something from me. So it’s great communication as well.
I would definitely recommend to come here and you feel comfortable. Everybody’s very sweet and you get the job done.

I wasn’t confident at all. I had this very big gap and like different spaces in my teeth. So when I would smile, I’d kind of like take my hand and do one of these, you know, or nice early 2000s thing and I would avoid it.

I think the reason why I like coming here the most is in my past experiences when it comes to other dentists and dentist offices, sometimes I would get work done and I’d never be sure what my financial obligations would be. What makes me confident coming in here is that I’m able to know with a treatment plan what my out-of-pocket expenses will be and I feel confident getting the work done because after everything’s said and done, I know exactly what I’m going to be paying and what my financial obligations are. I feel very welcomed whenever I come in, everyone’s saying hi, looking at me in the eye and definitely asking how I am, what’s new.
But what I like the most about this dentist compared to others is definitely the approach of Dr. Adly. When I first came in, I spoke to him face-to-face with regard to what my goals were. He understood where I was coming from and he developed a treatment plan for me to get me to where I am now and he’s very professional, very easygoing and very easy to talk to.

I was way overdue for tons of work, so I had root canals, I had cavities to be filled, I had extractions that needed to be done, and I also wanted to make sure I had a full set of teeth, so I also had an implant done as well. All new experiences for me, but nothing that I didn’t feel uncomfortable with because I definitely felt informed and I felt educated, so I felt confident moving forward with all the work that needed to be done in front of me. Eventually, I got my teeth whitened, I have a complete set of teeth, my teeth are fully healthy now, and I’m taking on an Invisalign treatment, which should be done in the next month or two, and I’m feeling more confident with a brighter smile and a more symmetrical smile now too.

So it’s, you know, it’s always good to see more efficient practices being used. So I immediately texted Dr. Adley, letting him know what happened. I panicked. He let me know everything would be okay, and then I was in good hands.
So immediately when I came back from my trip, you know, I did some research on my own before coming here, so I had an idea of what to expect and what standard practice was, and he was able to expedite it pretty quickly. So typically, implant, you know, takes three months for them to put in that implant and another three months for it to heal, but he was able to check my bone density, and we were able to basically do two-thirds of the process in one day. And since then, I haven’t had any issues.
I’m waiting for my permanent tooth to come in, but I’m very excited. I’m very happy with what was done. They were incredibly accommodating and responsive.
You know, I was able to come down here in the middle of a work day, and I had meetings, and again, like, they made me feel very comfortable. So instead of going with the initial approach, where we’re going to do partial work here, partial work there, Dr. Adley had to address that, where we went in with one idea of how the work was going to be done.
On the fly, he had to make that adjustment and let me know, you know what, it’s not going to be stable enough to give you the comfort level, the look that you’re going to want. Being equipped with the knowledge of what needs to be done to address this different need than what I initially came in for, he was able to make the right decision, let me know what was involved, prepped me for it, and it led to me being fully confident and comfortable in having the work performed on me. Huge difference in my smile now compared to before, where before, having the amount of work that was needed, the pain that I was experiencing, I was very self-conscious.
So it led to me at times where I would be speaking to someone, not having the confidence, I would cover my mouth sometimes with my hand or look away and not speak to them as I normally would. I had an entire mouth redone and honestly now when I smile I don’t have to worry about my teeth getting like receding back.
Now I can see my whole mouth so I like it a lot. I really do. So you kind of have like a little bit of confidence issues where you can’t like fully like be yourself because you’re worried about your teeth.
Well now I don’t have that issue anymore.
