Here at Monmouth Dental Arts, we offer Invisalign, their clinger liner therapy, in order to help straighten the teeth, put the teeth in the proper position, make for a healthier mouth. What’s nice about Invisalign is it is removable, so you can take it out whenever you eat. It’s virtually invisible when you’re wearing it, so people don’t really notice it, unlike traditional metal braces that have the brackets.
It’s also much easier to clean the teeth when you have something like Invisalign, you know, the old school metal wire and brackets, food and stuff can get stuck underneath much easier, much harder to clean around that. What’s nice about Invisalign, it works for pretty much all the same cases that traditional metal braces work nowadays, and with our CT scan in the office, we can actually mesh our bone scan to line up with how we’re moving the teeth, because it’s very important when we’re moving teeth to make sure that we’re not damaging any bone and tissue, so we always want to make sure health comes first.
