Dr. Adly is an NYU-trained periodontist, graduating with honors and committed to lifelong education. As an Academy of General Dentistry Fellow (top 6% of dentists), he delivers advanced, evidence-based care while serving the community through charitable dental organizations supporting veterans, children, and underserved populations.

Dr. Nicole Elia is a highly trained general dentist with extensive military experience, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Her background in hospital-based dentistry, advanced continuing education, and multidisciplinary treatment ensures precise diagnosis, effective communication, and high-quality, compassionate care for patient needs.

Tonya comes with 22 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a dental assistant and continued on that journey to achieve her X-ray license, CDA, RDA, and infection control certifications. She has been at the front desk for half of her career as well. On a personal level she is the mother of two children, Rachel and Sawyer. Together they love family time, trips to the beach, and making memories.

Jodi joined our team in 2025 after having worked in a front desk role since 2009. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as visiting her family in the Carolinas.

Rachel is our full-time registered dental hygienist. She graduated from NYU College of Dentistry’s dental hygiene program in 2022. She strives to give each and every patient the highest standard of care during their visit, making them feel comfortable during their cleanings, and providing patient education to fit each patient’s personal needs to achieve great oral health. She was born and raised in Freehold and now resides in Red Bank. In her free time, Rachel likes to travel and spend time with her dog, friends, and her family.

Erica joined our practice in 2025, but brings over eight years of experience in the dental field. She holds certifications as a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), and in CPR. Bilingual in English and Spanish. She is committed to ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor make her a valued member of our team. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.

Joanne brings 12 years of experience to Monmouth Dental Arts as a registered dental assistant. Throughout the year she completes many hours of continuing education to further her knowledge of the advances in the dental field. She enjoys all the interactions she has with patients, getting to know them and ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease. She is grateful to work in an office that provides such a high standard of care and where everyone works as a team. Out of the office, she enjoys cooking and gardening. Her greatest joy is spending time with her beautiful family and her new grandson.

KayLynn’s passion for dentistry began while enrolled in a dental assisting program in 2009. Her inspiration came from her stepmom being a dental assistant for 30 years. She became a certified dental assistant (CDA) and registered dental assistant (RDA) in 2021. She takes great pride in education and tries to excel in everything she learns. But her main desire is to help patients feel more at ease and appreciated by showing empathy and compassion. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her five nieces, and her three cats Andouille, Roux and Cooper. She also enjoys hiking, going on adventures, and an awesome sunrise or sunset.

Kyla is a dedicated dental assistant with the long-term goal of becoming a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Her passion for dentistry began while working at the front desk of a dental office, where she was first introduced to the patient care side of the profession. That experience sparked her interest in the clinical field. It motivated her to continue pursuing education and hands-on experience so she can expand her knowledge and skills.

She is highly motivated, eager to grow, and exceeds her patients’ expectations. Kyla takes pride in helping patients feel calm, comfortable, and cared for during their visits. Whether assisting with procedures that beautify a patient’s smile or helping ease someone’s dental pain, she loves making a positive difference in each patient’s experience.

Outside of work, Kyla enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their two dogs. She also likes cooking homemade meals and values the time she spends with her family.
