Dr. Andrew Adly
Originally from Freehold, NJ Dr. Andrew Adly has always had a strong interest in dentistry. Dr. Adly graduated from Rutgers University with a double major in Biological Sciences as well as Psychology. He then graduated from New York University College of Dentistry. At NYU College of Dentistry, he graduated with Honors in Periodontics. In his Honors Periodontics clinic, he got to place implants, do bone grafting procedures, as well as crown lengthening surgeries. He also was awarded the 2019 Quintessence Publishing® Award in Periodontics.
Since then, Dr. Adly has attended numerous surgical courses for implantology and grafting procedures including training in Versah™ sinus lifts and osseodensification. Dr. Adly is level 3 certified in Botox and Dermal Fillers through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. He is trained in TMJ/TMD, migraine/headaches, bruxism, head & neck pain, and in the management of obstructive sleep apnea.
He is also a Silver Level Invisalign® provider, a member of the Academy of Clear Aligners and a Galderma Aspire Preferred Provider. Dr. Adly is proud to be an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), New Jersey Dental Association, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).
Olivia
Registered Dental Hygienist
Olivia is our full-time registered dental hygienist that graduated from Middlesex County College in 2019. Olivia is passionate about giving her patients the most comfortable, yet thorough treatment while in her chair. During your appointment, Olivia will make sure you have all the knowledge and tools to have great dental hygiene! Olivia grew up and currently lives with her family in Tinton Falls. In her free time, Olivia enjoys traveling, hiking, and going to the beach.
Tonya
Office Manager
Tonya comes with 22 years of experience in the dental field. She started her dental career as a dental assistant and continued on that journey to achieve her Xray license, CDA, RDA, and infection control certifications. She has been at the front desk for half of her career as well. On a personal level, she is the mother of two children Rachel and Sawyer. Together they love family time, trips to the beach, and making memories.
Joanne
Registered Dental Assistant
Joanne brings 12 years of experience to Monmouth Dental Arts as a Registered Dental Assistant. Throughout the year she completes many hours of continuing education to further her knowledge of the advances in the dental field. She enjoys all the interactions she has with patients, getting to know them and ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease. She is grateful to work in an office that provides such a high standard of care and everyone works as a team. Out of the office, she enjoys cooking and gardening. Her greatest joy is spending time with her beautiful family and her new grandson.
Rachel
Registered Dental Assistant
Rachel is a Dental Assistant at Monmouth Dental Arts, where she is responsible for providing optimal patient care and assisting with dental procedures. She received her education and training at ACI Medical & Dental School. She has demonstrated experience in corporate settings and has worked in the dental field for 5 years. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dog Ace, doing hair/makeup, and going on girls’ trips. She is passionate about providing quality care and treats her patients with respect and compassion!

Front Desk Representative
Brittany joins the team at Monmouth Dental Arts with 13 years of experience. She looks forward to greeting patients and helping them with any questions. She has lived in Monmouth County for 23 years and in Florida for 10 years. She currently resides in Ocean Township with her family. During her free time, she likes to spend time with her daughter, Aubrey, and travel.
